New Fire/Paramedic Station Project Description

New Regional Fire/Paramedic Station 87 will include purchasing approximately 2-acres of land in a new location.  The project will include a new 15,250-square foot Regional Fire/Paramedic Station, a 6,000 square foot apparatus storage building, and a 2,500 sq. ft. multi-purpose room.

Fire Facility Location

Currently, Fire Station 87 is located at 10241 Balboa Blvd.  Surveys and cost analysis were conducted to locate a new 2-acre parcel that met the operational needs for this project. The new location is at 10124 N. Balboa Blvd.
