Traffic Lane Requirements During Construction

Highland Avenue
Maintain two lanes in the northbound direction and two through lanes and one right-turn only lane in the southbound direction at all times.

Franklin Avenue (west leg)
Maintain two eastbound and one westbound lane at all times.

Franklin Avenue (east leg)
Maintain one lane in each direction at all times.

Special Event Work Restrictions (revised)
A series of major special events (Academy Awards, Espy Awards, etc.) are scheduled to take place at the Kodak Theater. The contractor's operation shall not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic related to these events.

Construction of the proposed project would also result in temporary, but unavoidable, elevated ambient noise levels, increased truck traffic, and marginally degraded local air quality effects. Paving of the roadway may be done at night.
