The Bureau of Engineering's Sidewalk Division is responsible for implementing, administering and managing the City's Sidewalk Repair Program, which was initiated in response to the Willits v. City of Los Angeles Settlement Agreement. The Sidewalk Division provides design, construction management, and program management services in compliance with the Settlement Agreement, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal accessibility requirements.
