A Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will be an important part of the Vision Plan process and includes agencies and organizations having jurisdiction and oversight of this project, as well as local, state, and national funding agencies. These participating organizations will provide guidance and support throughout the planning process. The following agencies and organizations have been selected and invited to participate:
